Acceptance of terms

By creating a Tijar Suite account or using the platform, you agree to these terms. If you're using Tijar Suite on behalf of a business, you're confirming that you have the authority to agree on its behalf.

Using the service

Tijar Suite gives you a workspace to manage inventory, orders, returns, exchanges and sales reporting across your store, social channels and website. You're responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for keeping your account credentials secure.

Accounts and plans

New accounts start with a 30-day free trial and no credit card required. After the trial, continued use requires an active plan — Store, Store + F-Commerce, or Complete — matching how your business sells.

Payment and billing

Final pricing and billing terms for each plan will be confirmed at checkout. We'll always tell you what you're being charged before you're charged for it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Tijar Suite to store or process unlawful content, to attempt to disrupt the service, or to access data that isn't yours.

Intellectual property

Tijar Suite and its software remain our property. The data you enter into your workspace — your orders, inventory and customer records — remains yours.

Termination

You can cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the service or other users.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Tijar Suite is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do.
